Shipping and Return Policies
We want you to be happy with your purchase. For any reason, please feel free to return any unused item for a full refund on the purchase price. The following is intended to answer questions you may have. Please call us at 707.545.6863 between 8am and 5pm Pacific Standard time if you have further questions about our policies. The Gardening Tutor is a small business so please leave a message when Mary is unable to answer the phone in person.
- In order to keep shipping and handling charges as low and as simply as possible, the shipping charge for the first item is 10.00; each additional item is 2.00. We realize this is not convenient when purchasing a small item and we apologize.
- The Gardening Tutor is happy to accept returns of unused items, in original condition, within 30 days of purchase.
- We process all internet purchases through Pay Pal. You do not need to have a Pay Pal account; you may use your Visa or MasterCard.
- We ship by Priority Mail from the United States Post Office.
- We are unable to ship to Canada at this time.
- Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping fees.
- There is no charge for Local Delivery within the Santa Rosa CA area.
- For FREE local delivery or pick up you may place your order by telephone or purchase online.
